bunko 6008af244b Make the tools sidebar a drawer on phones 
Below 880px the tool list was stacked above the content, so every
tool opened below the fold. It's now an off-canvas drawer behind a
sticky top bar that shows the current tool (scrim / Esc to close,
picking a tool closes it) — same pattern as notes.

Also:
- sidebar entries are real <a href="#/tool"> links, so they're
  keyboard-focusable
- grid column minmax(0,1fr) + min-width:0 so wide output can't push
  the page sideways
- the "θ" theme button is now the sun/moon toggle in the footer
- inputs use 16px on phones to stop iOS zoom-on-focus
